RLW ADVISES ON DUAL-TRACK FUNDRAISING PROCESS

Paul Washington and Nicholas Redman co-led Redman Lynch Washington in advising a private company undertaking a dual-track fundraising process involving mezzanine debt and private equity.  Our role has included vendor due diligence, term sheet review, structuring advice, preparation of documentation and assisting with the negotiation of terms to ensure the financing terms and security structure meet the borrower’s commercial requirements.

 RLW has also recently advised on financing transactions including agribusiness funding from a big 4 bank and security documentation, research and development offset financing, and mezzanine debt for construction projects and property development.  We work closely with borrowers, lenders and project sponsors.
