RLW ADVISES KERR & CO LIVESTOCK ON MERGER WITH ELDERS

Nicholas Redman led Redman Lynch Washington in advising Kerr & Co Livestock on entering into an agreement to merge operations with Elders and in assisting with the delivery of that merger.

Kerr & Co Livestock, established by Michael Kerr in 1983, was, at the time of entering into the merger agreement, the largest privately owned independent livestock business in south-western Victoria.

Elders is an Australian-based agribusiness company listed on the ASX with a market capitalisation of approximately $900m.
