RLW ADVISES MCKENZIE GROUP CONSULTING ON SALE TO BUREAU VERITAS

Paul Washington led Redman Lynch Washington in advising client McKenzie Group Consulting on its sale of a majority equity stake to Bureau Veritas.
McKenzie Group Consulting is a leading Australian provider of integrated compliance services (including building certification, compliance audits, consulting and accessibility assessments) to public and private sector clients.
Bureau Veritas is an international certification agency listed in France with a market capitalisation of approximately €10bn.
